ABSTRACT

Equality before the law is an important basic Law in Modern Law. Equality before the law realized from individual freedom "that all men are created equal" ,example: equal treatment access to justice, access to democracy and access to life.Indonesia State based on the rule of law ruled equality before the law on Constitution year's 1945, but in practically, still happened discrimination about equal treatment access to justice etc.
