Abstract :

Artikel ini bertujuan memperkenalkan salah satu pendekatan analisis wacana, yaitu sosiolinguistik interaksional. Gagasan ini berakar dari Jhon Gumperz dari disiplin antropologi dan Erving Goffman dari disiplin sosiolinguistik. Gumperz memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana seseorang menggunakan bahasa bersama-sama dengan pengetahuan gramatikalnya pada konteks yang berbeda-beda. Goffman memberikan suatu deskripsi tentang bagaimana bahasa digunakan dalam kehidupan social yang nyata. Kedua disiplin ilmu ini menghasilkan pendekatan analisis wacana

Abstract

This paper analyzes the plural nouns in Indonesian language that is to describe the plural formatian in Indonesian language. The research is applied by library research. The results shows that the formation of plurality of Indonesian language is formed by reduplicating and additing adverbers such as beberapa, semua, banyak, para and kaum to noun.
